Interest rates, EMI terms, processing fees, and credit eligibility are subject to individual bank underwriting criteria, borrower credit profile, and RBI regulations. Rates shown on this portal (e.g., 10.49% p.a.) are indicative starting rates offered by partner lenders.
1. No Direct Lending Activity
AryuFinserv is not a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) or scheduled commercial bank. We do not disburse loans directly from our balance sheet nor do we collect upfront processing fees or security deposits from users. Any individual or entity claiming to represent AryuFinserv demanding cash deposits for loan sanction is fraudulent.
2. Accuracy of Financial Calculators
The EMI calculator and credit estimation tools provided on this portal are designed for illustrative purposes only. Actual loan amortization schedules and total interest liabilities will be provided in the official Key Fact Statement (KFS) issued by the approving lender before loan execution.
3. Partner Bank Rights & Verification
Partner institutions reserve the right to verify submitted KYC documents, perform physical or digital field verification, and reject applications that do not meet internal credit parameters.

Trademarks, logos, and brand names of partner banks (such as HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak, etc.) belong to their respective corporate owners. Their display on AryuFinserv signifies authorized referral partnerships under registered DSA/PSP arrangements.
