By accessing or using AryuFinserv (accessible via website and digital APIs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Digital Marketplace Role

AryuFinserv operates as a digital financial product aggregator and referral partner.

• We are NOT a bank or direct lender. All loans, credit limits, and interest rates are determined independently by partner banks & NBFCs.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee loan approval or credit card issuance.
• We charge ZERO fees to applicants for comparing or applying for products on our platform.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To submit an application on AryuFinserv, you confirm that you are:

• An Indian citizen aged 21 years or older.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal and financial information.
• Authorized to submit documents and consent to CIBIL/Experian credit score inquiries.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, calculators, and graphics on AryuFinserv are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

AryuFinserv shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from bank delays, rejection of loan applications, or changes in interest rates decreed by partner institutions or RBI monetary policy.
